Day 1 - Welcome to Osaka! City Views & Japanese Experiences
Welcome to osaka! Our staff will be waiting for you at the designated meeting point in Osaka city, where you will receive a set of travel necessities for this trip. After the briefing, you are ready to head out and explore Osaka; the lively neighborfoods with various local eats. <Recommended Sightseeing Spots> - Abeno Harukas: The tallest skyscraper in Japan. At the department store within the building, you can experience various Japanese cultures, including bento-box cooking and kimono try-on activities. - Tennoji: Explore a lively area filled with parks, shopping, and local attractions. - Osaka Aquarium Kaiyukan: Discover one of the world’s largest aquariums and its fascinating marine life. Day 2 - Cherry Blossom Trails of Nara by Kintetsu Railway
Breakfast at the hotel Today, let’s head out to enjoy the beautiful cherry blossoms of Nara. Travel by Kintetsu train to Haibara, then continue by bus to Takami-no-Sato, a spectacular mountain garden surrounded by over 1,000 weeping cherry trees. During the spring bloom, the slopes are transformed into a sea of pink, with panoramic views of the surrounding mountains from the garden’s viewpoints. After enjoying the blossoms, return to Haibara and continue by Kintetsu Railway to Hasedera Temple. Known as the “Temple of Flowers,” Hasedera is a historic Buddhist temple surrounded by nature, with a beautiful temple complex built into the mountainside. Its long stairway, wooden Main Hall and seasonal flowers create a particularly atmospheric setting in spring. Return to Osaka by Kintetsu train.
Day 3 - Ancient Nara at Your Own Pace
Breakfast at the hotel Today, travel to Kintetsu Nara Station using your IC card Suica and explore the city independently. <Recommended Sightseeing Spots> - Todai-ji Temple: The Daibutsuden Hall, home to the Great Buddha, is an impressive sight where you can experience the history and religious culture of Japan. - Nara Park: A vast park blending serene scenery with historic landmarks. Take a moment to interact with and feed the gentle deer that inhabit this unique area. <Optional Bus Tour Available> For an easier way to see Nara’s highlights, we recommend the Perfect Nara Park Tour, an English-guided sightseeing bus operated by Nara Kotsu. The tour visits Todaiji, Kasuga Taisha and Mount Wakakusa with a professional English-speaking guide. Return to Osaka by Kintetsu train.
